說明: ER316 焊絲主要成分是18Cr-12Ni-2Mo。配用SJ601不銹鋼堿性燒結焊劑,其焊縫金屬具有良好的力學性能和抗晶間腐蝕性能,焊縫抗裂性良好;具有不增C,且Cr、Ni燒損小等特點。因合金含量高,耐腐蝕性能優良。
用途: 長應用于石油化工、化肥、尿素生產或儲存設備,如06Cr17Ni12Mo2(SUS316)等材料的焊接。
Instructions: The ER 316 welding stick consists mainly of 18Cr-12Ni-2Mo.It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601 .It’s welding line metal has good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack. It would not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni. Due to a low content of carbon, it has excellent inoxidability.
Use: It’s usually used to weld materials in petrochemical industry and production and storge facilities of fertilizer or urea, such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316)

5. 室外焊接時,當風速大于1.5m/s應采取適當的防風措施,以防發生氣孔。
