    工作原理:
      研磨部分在設(shè)備的底部,進(jìn)料通過(guò)研磨介質(zhì)產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)烈沖擊和摩擦進(jìn)行研磨。氣流從底部側(cè)面進(jìn)入,經(jīng)過(guò)研磨介質(zhì)時(shí)可以冷卻顆粒,同時(shí)顆粒也被氣流從研磨區(qū)帶到分級(jí)區(qū)。滿(mǎn)足要求的細(xì)粉將會(huì)通過(guò)分級(jí)輪,剩下的大顆粒將會(huì)返回研磨區(qū)繼續(xù)研磨。

    應(yīng)用:
      PULVIS 特別適合于難于研磨的溫敏材料。
      在研磨過(guò)程中還可加入添加劑。 
    典型的應(yīng)用如下:

      - 無(wú)機(jī)顏料
      - 陶瓷材料
      - 金屬氧化物
      - 工業(yè)礦物
      - 玻璃,玻璃粉

    耐磨保護(hù):
      研磨部分和分級(jí)部分都可以使用陶瓷材料。
