工作原理：
研磨部分在設(shè)備的底部，進(jìn)料通過(guò)研磨介質(zhì)產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)烈沖擊和摩擦進(jìn)行研磨。氣流從底部側(cè)面進(jìn)入，經(jīng)過(guò)研磨介質(zhì)時(shí)可以冷卻顆粒，同時(shí)顆粒也被氣流從研磨區(qū)帶到分級(jí)區(qū)。滿(mǎn)足要求的細(xì)粉將會(huì)通過(guò)分級(jí)輪，剩下的大顆粒將會(huì)返回研磨區(qū)繼續(xù)研磨。
應(yīng)用：
PULVIS 特別適合于難于研磨的溫敏材料。
在研磨過(guò)程中還可加入添加劑。
