檢視輪胎壓力是否正常，胎面是否有割傷，鋼圈是否有變形，損傷，螺絲是否有鎖緊。檢視后扶架及貨叉是否有變形，裂痕，貨叉定位蕭是否正常。檢查桅桿鏈條松緊度是否一致。檢視燈系是否有破損，護頂蓬是否有變形裂痕。
Check whether the tyre pressure is normal, whether the tread has been cut, whether the steel ring is deformed and damaged, whether the screws are locked or not. 打開引擎蓋，檢查冷卻水水位。檢查引擎機油油位。檢查風扇皮帶是否有裂痕，磨損。檢視電瓶電解液水位。檢查液壓油油位。檢查剎車油油位。放下引擎蓋，上車，坐上座位。座椅調整至適當位置。方向盤傾斜角度調整至最理想位置。檢查喇叭功能是否正常。試踩剎車踏板是否正常。試踩加速踏板是否正常。試踩離合器踏板是否正常。(手動排檔機型)試踩寸動踏板是否正常。(自動排檔機型)操作手剎車拉桿是否正常。
