Z型橋梁伸縮縫結構特點與功能
Z型伸縮縫由一條整長的橡膠密封條,一組鋼質邊梁及錨固件組成。鋼質邊梁外側的錨固件,與梁端預埋鋼筋相焊接,澆筑高強度混凝土過渡段后,同梁體連結。Z型伸縮縫具有連結可靠,與橋面接合平順,密封止水、伸縮靈活,行車平穩,使用壽命長的特點。適用于伸縮量為40mm,60mm和80mm的橋梁。
鋼質邊梁:采用16Mn鋼軋制,剖面呈c形。
密封膠條:采用氯丁或三元乙丙橡膠制造,具有良好的耐老化、耐曲撓性能。
錨固件:有錨釘、錨環、錨板結構三種,橋梁工程師可根據橋面板設計厚度選用,本公司也可特殊設計制造。
關于Z型橋梁伸縮縫產品在橋梁上安裝時的步驟及注意事項:
1、當工程施工單位在安裝橋梁伸縮縫時,一旦發生碰撞變形,很難修復為合格產品,所以在安裝的全過程中,一定要采取措施保護,嚴禁任何車輛通過。
2、一定要精心操作。如果出現現場不易調整,所以對伸縮縫的成品檢查一定要認真、仔細。不合格不可運至現場。
3、在橋梁伸縮縫在安裝前,要與設計圖和現場核對位置、尺寸無誤后,再穩放入預留槽。要將橋上各接縫處縫隙一定要用聚苯乙烯泡沫板塞嚴,防止澆注保護帶混凝土時灌入,使縫失效。同時,也不可將裝置內灌進混凝土,以免更換V形象膠帶時受阻。
4.、在保護帶混凝土澆筑后,前7-8日一定要及時灑水養護,以利強度增長和防止裂縫出現。
