  此前，發(fā)展改革委已聯(lián)合民航局發(fā)布《民航領(lǐng)域鼓勵民間投資項目清單》。預計未來在鐵路、油氣、電信等領(lǐng)域相關(guān)部委也會推介鼓勵民間投資的項目。

  9月3日，廣東省發(fā)布今年第二批面向民間資本推介重點領(lǐng)域項目表，涉及交通基建和環(huán)保領(lǐng)域的4個項目，總投資161億元。短短一個半月內(nèi)，廣東省已經(jīng)先后發(fā)布兩批面向民間投資推介項目清單。
  8月31日，福建省發(fā)布向民間資本推介重點領(lǐng)域項目表，涉及投資30億元。當月，山西省也公布2018年向民間資本推介基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施領(lǐng)域項目(第一批)。這批項目共32個，總投資713.1億元，涉及交通、市政、農(nóng)業(yè)等行業(yè)。
  此外，貴州省六盤水市也對外發(fā)布2018年擬向民間資本推介重點領(lǐng)域項目20個，總投資逾138億元，涉及交通、旅游、市政、水利、倉儲物流等領(lǐng)域。
  據(jù)記者了解，此前國家發(fā)展改革委已發(fā)文要求，各地發(fā)展改革委從鐵路、民航、油氣、電信4個行業(yè)之外的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施領(lǐng)域中，重點選擇經(jīng)濟社會效益顯著、民營企業(yè)參與意愿強烈、隱性門檻高的項目進行推介。
  據(jù)粗略統(tǒng)計，目前各省市已發(fā)布的項目清單涉及投資已超千億元。分析人士認為，估計接下來有更多省份會積極主動發(fā)布擬向民間資本推介的重點領(lǐng)域項目清單。
  此外，國家發(fā)展改革委還要求各地選擇3個至5個擬重點推介的項目上報，發(fā)展改革委將篩選一批高質(zhì)量的項目向民間資本公開推介。
  交通等行業(yè)鼓勵民間投資項目清單將陸續(xù)公布
  7月23日召開的常務(wù)會議提出，在交通、油氣、電信等領(lǐng)域推介一批以民間投資為主、投資回報機制明確、商業(yè)潛力大的項目。
  這是落實今年政府工作報告的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。據(jù)記者了解，相關(guān)部委將按職責分工負責推介鼓勵民間投資項目清單。
