 3PE防腐層通常采用液體環(huán)氧或熔結(jié)環(huán)氧粉末作底漆，我廠采用熔結(jié)環(huán)氧粉末作底漆。環(huán)氧粉末通過靜電直接涂敷在鋼管表面, 其作用是與共聚物膠粘劑形成化學(xué)粘接, 具有you秀的耐腐蝕和抗陰剝離的性能。中間層為共聚物膠粘劑, 起到與底層環(huán)氧粉末和外層聚乙烯防護(hù)層粘接的作用，它與環(huán)氧粉末底層有好的化學(xué)粘合力, 能夠抵抗土壤運(yùn)動(dòng)、溫度變化引起的剪切力。外層為高密度聚乙烯防護(hù)層，具有優(yōu)良的抗潮氣性能，可以保護(hù)環(huán)氧粉末底層及膠粘劑層。這樣組成的三層結(jié)構(gòu)具有耐化學(xué)腐蝕和良好的抗沖擊性能。 

 當(dāng)?shù)亓硪患忆搹S，合資企業(yè)，生鐵年產(chǎn)能近700萬(wàn)噸，生產(chǎn)裝備有燒結(jié)機(jī)4臺(tái)，其中600㎡的1臺(tái)、180㎡的兩臺(tái)、132㎡的1臺(tái)，可燒結(jié)1000萬(wàn)噸礦石，另有10㎡豎爐兩座，年產(chǎn)球團(tuán)礦120萬(wàn)噸。同時(shí)，鋼廠擁有兩座2300立方高爐、4座450立方高爐、4座120噸轉(zhuǎn)爐，5座精煉爐、3臺(tái)板坯連鑄機(jī)、1臺(tái)方坯連鑄機(jī)，鋼材年產(chǎn)能600萬(wàn)噸。另外，還擁有兩條板材生產(chǎn)線，其中，中板年產(chǎn)能120萬(wàn)噸，寬厚板年產(chǎn)能240萬(wàn)噸;3條線材生產(chǎn)線，年產(chǎn)能240萬(wàn)噸。“今年鋼材銷售良好，下游主要以鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、管線、橋梁、造船、風(fēng)電、工程機(jī)械為主，上半年訂單數(shù)量一直呈增加趨勢(shì)，當(dāng)前，訂單已經(jīng)排到11月底。銷售上采用鎖價(jià)模式，以銷定產(chǎn)。其中，70%銷往周邊，30%南下。”上述鋼廠相關(guān)人士說。
  期貨日?qǐng)?bào)記者在調(diào)研中得知，目前，不少鋼廠處于滿產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。調(diào)研的企業(yè)，均已上馬環(huán)保設(shè)備，所以并未受到環(huán)保限產(chǎn)影響，多數(shù)企業(yè)在廢鋼使用比例上反而出現(xiàn)增長(zhǎng)，以至于今年產(chǎn)量普遍高于去年。11月開始，北方需求將快速下滑，鋼廠預(yù)計(jì)，10月中旬啟動(dòng)的北材南下，數(shù)量同比增長(zhǎng)5%左右。
  國(guó)投安信期貨黑色首席分析師曹穎認(rèn)為，北材南下的根本驅(qū)動(dòng)是鋼材市場(chǎng)區(qū)域間表現(xiàn)存在差異，只要南北價(jià)差足夠大，能完全覆蓋運(yùn)費(fèi)及其他雜費(fèi)，鋼材就會(huì)自北方市場(chǎng)部分流向南方市場(chǎng)。最終，促使區(qū)域間價(jià)差縮窄至合理水平。
