環(huán)氧粉末防腐鋼管生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn) a)生產(chǎn)過程中的每一道工序都是保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的必要環(huán)節(jié)。保證本道工序質(zhì)量,監(jiān)督上道工序質(zhì)量,是生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。每道工序都要有嚴(yán)格的檢驗(yàn),并要做好檢驗(yàn)記錄。b)鋼管內(nèi)表面預(yù)處理的質(zhì)量是影響防腐層與鋼管之間粘結(jié)的重要因素,要求100%檢查。除銹質(zhì)量檢查方法采用目測或內(nèi)窺鏡檢查,與 GB/T8923中的圖片或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試片對照,判定是否達(dá)到質(zhì)量要求;如果除銹沒有達(dá)到要求應(yīng)重新處理。c)防腐層外觀的檢查應(yīng)用目測或用內(nèi)窺鏡逐根檢查防腐層外觀質(zhì)量,其表面應(yīng)平整、光滑,無氣泡、無劃痕等。d)防腐層厚度檢測,防腐層實(shí)干后,應(yīng)用無損檢測儀在距管口大于mm范圍內(nèi)沿圓周方向均勻分布任意4點(diǎn)上測量厚度,每10根管抽查1根。厚度是內(nèi)防腐層質(zhì)量指標(biāo)中最重要的一項(xiàng)指標(biāo) 必須確保防腐層的厚度。防腐層是阻止和延緩腐蝕的一道屏障,是保證管道在設(shè)計(jì)壽命內(nèi)正常運(yùn)行的最重要的一項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。目前大都采用無損檢測儀測量防腐層厚度,其準(zhǔn)確度會受到防腐層變形的影響。因此,在測量厚度時(shí) 應(yīng)在防腐層完全實(shí)干后進(jìn)行;在測量防腐層厚度前 必須按儀器說明書上的要求選用適當(dāng)?shù)臉?biāo)準(zhǔn)片進(jìn)行核準(zhǔn),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)片一般儀器自帶、由于無損檢測儀的局限性 內(nèi)部防腐層的檢測有一定的困難,只能在管端進(jìn)行檢測。 e)防腐層漏電檢測:防腐層實(shí)干后,按照《管道防腐層檢漏試驗(yàn)方法》SY/T0063規(guī)定的方法逐根檢測.直縫鋼管是一種籠統(tǒng)得叫法,方式用鋼帶生產(chǎn),在高頻焊接設(shè)備直縫焊接的管子都叫直縫鋼管 。(由于鋼管的焊接處成一條直線故而得名)。 其中按照用途不同,又不同的后道生產(chǎn)工序.(大致可分為腳手架管,流體管,電線套管,支架管,護(hù)欄管等幾種) 而低壓流體焊管是直縫焊管的一種,一般用水,煤氣的輸送, 在焊接完畢后比普通焊管多加以一道水壓測試,故而低壓流體管比普通直縫焊管價(jià)格一般高出一點(diǎn)(按現(xiàn)在的市場價(jià)來說,大概高出80元左右) 例如:焊接鋼管流體1寸(DN25)(就是Φ33.5*3.25) 焊接鋼管:也叫焊管,是用鋼板或鋼帶經(jīng)過彎曲成型,然后經(jīng)焊接制成。按焊縫形式分為直縫焊管和螺旋焊管。按用途又分為一般焊管、鍍鋅焊管、吹氧焊管、電線套管、公制焊管、托輥管、深井泵管、汽車用管、變壓器管、電焊薄壁管、電焊異型管和螺旋焊管。 一般焊管:一般焊管用來輸送低壓流體。用Q19、Q215、Q23鋼制造 。也可采用易于焊接的其它軟鋼制造。鋼管要進(jìn)行水壓、彎曲、壓扁等實(shí)驗(yàn),對表面質(zhì)量有一定要求,通常交貨長度為4-10m,常要求定尺(或倍尺)交貨。焊管的規(guī)格用公稱口徑 表示(毫米或英寸)公稱口徑與實(shí)際不同,焊管按規(guī)定壁厚有普通鋼管和加厚鋼管兩種,鋼管按管端形式又分帶螺紋和不帶螺紋兩種,為焊接鋼管尺寸。
