供需平衡趨弱 預計鋼價高位震蕩
據商務部監測，上周(9月3日至9日)全國食用農產品市場價格比前一周上漲0.6%，生產資料市場價格比前一周上漲0.4%。鋼材價格上漲0.3%，其中螺紋鋼、熱軋帶鋼、高速線材、鍍鋅板價格分別為每噸4358元、4399元、4454元和5038元，分別上漲0.6%、0.4%、0.3%和0.3%。
上周Myspic綜合指數報163.17點(絕對價格指數4596)，較前一周上漲0.67%。其中，螺紋鋼指數報181.16點(絕對價格指數4579)，較前一周上漲1.14%。上周建筑鋼材市場價格小幅上漲，全國25個市場螺紋HRB400(20mm)均價為4562元/噸，較前一周上漲62元/噸。
上周熱卷價格指數報156.45(絕對價格指數4386)，較前一周上漲0.60%。上周全國熱軋板卷市場價格小幅上漲，全國24個熱軋4.75mm市場均價4388元/噸，較前一周價格上漲20元/噸。20mm中厚板市場價格小幅上漲，全國24個主要市場20mm普中板平均價格為4514元/噸，較前一周上漲13元/噸。
上周黑色系期貨市場整體小幅反彈，但現貨市場價格上周一至周四窄幅盤整運行，上周五在期市走強的帶動下，價格上漲明顯。市場成交表現多受期市左右，期市上揚則成交轉好，期市下行則成交清淡。上周內唐山地區再次出臺環保文件，要求9月停限產力度不低于8月，受此影響，鋼坯價格由弱轉強。截止上周五，唐山本地及昌黎普方坯主流出廠4030元/噸現金含稅，較前一周周五漲50元/噸。從公布的周度庫存數據看，建材的社會庫存和鋼廠庫存均小幅上升，但增幅較前一周減弱，側面反映市場需求尚可。
總體來看，雖然9月旺季需求并未啟動，但在環保限產持續貫徹下，市場整體供需維持弱平衡狀態。在當前庫存壓力不大，到貨成本較高下，預計短期鋼材市場價格多高位震蕩運行。
