  “虛擬鋼廠”的作用
  “傳統(tǒng)鋼鐵業(yè)需要轉(zhuǎn)換經(jīng)營思路，利用金融衍生品工具構(gòu)建新型采購和銷售體系，逐步建立期現(xiàn)結(jié)合的經(jīng)營模式。”鞍鋼集團(tuán)有限公司副總經(jīng)理王義棟日前在2018年產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理大會上表示，鋼鐵企業(yè)要構(gòu)筑“虛擬鋼廠”模型，利用期貨和現(xiàn)貨市場價格評估未來鋼廠利潤趨勢。
  據(jù)悉，鞍鋼鋼鐵集團(tuán)目前采用的運(yùn)營模式是現(xiàn)貨銷售模式。王義棟表示，通過建立期現(xiàn)結(jié)合的經(jīng)營模式，在鋼材銷售方面，預(yù)期鋼材價格下跌時，可以通過鋼材期貨賣出套保，鎖定銷售價格和銷售利潤。庫存管理方面，在補(bǔ)庫存時可通過買入鐵礦石、焦煤和焦炭進(jìn)行套保，建立虛擬庫存以鎖定成本;在去庫存時，可以賣出原料套保，規(guī)避庫存減值風(fēng)險。此外，企業(yè)還可以利用期貨市場指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)貨銷售和定價，合理控制銷售節(jié)奏。
  進(jìn)一步完善風(fēng)險管理
  “經(jīng)過多年期現(xiàn)結(jié)合操作，鞍山鋼鐵充分利用虛擬鋼廠等套保方式強(qiáng)化了原料和銷售管理。在原料端，實(shí)施庫存管理、豐富采購模式，有效控制原料成本;在銷售端，合理把控鋼材現(xiàn)貨庫存，指導(dǎo)銷售定價，規(guī)避減值風(fēng)險。”王義棟表示，在“實(shí)體+金融”的新業(yè)態(tài)下，期貨已經(jīng)是防范企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險的重要工具。
  談及鋼鐵企業(yè)利用期貨市場進(jìn)行風(fēng)險管理，中國誠通商品貿(mào)易有限公司副總經(jīng)理王向陽指出，期貨市場是企業(yè)經(jīng)營和管理風(fēng)險的必要工具，過去有很多企業(yè)對期貨有一定的認(rèn)識誤區(qū)。
  “我們從2003年開始參與期貨市場，當(dāng)前采取的是全額保值，即根據(jù)公司采購量在期貨市場賣出等量頭寸的合約，規(guī)避價格下跌對企業(yè)的影響。2005年開始，公司制定了完善的套期保值制度，采購人員根據(jù)相關(guān)制度規(guī)定，結(jié)合采購需求在期貨市場進(jìn)行相關(guān)操作。”王向陽表示，企業(yè)在參與期貨市場風(fēng)險管理時，要把庫存和期貨盈利綜合考核，并設(shè)計出合理的套期保值體系。
  在參與場內(nèi)市場的同時，一些企業(yè)也充分利用場外期權(quán)等業(yè)務(wù)模式進(jìn)一步做好風(fēng)險對沖。永安資本總經(jīng)理助理衍生品總監(jiān)蔣寒立介紹，圍繞企業(yè)個性化需求打造的場外衍生產(chǎn)品開始越來越復(fù)雜化，需求體量也越來越大，對沖工具和模式也逐步多元化，新上市的一些場內(nèi)期權(quán)也為市場提供了多元化選擇。王義棟指出，目前交易所推出的場外期權(quán)、基差點(diǎn)價等試點(diǎn)工作成為了企業(yè)管理風(fēng)險的重要渠道。
