袋式過濾器具備構(gòu)造合理、密封性好、流通才能強、操作簡便等諸多長處。尤其是濾袋側(cè)漏機率小，能正確地保障過濾精度，并能快捷地改換濾袋，使得操作成本下降。濾器內(nèi)外表面采取機械噴砂拋光解決，平均、易清洗。我們知道，袋式過濾器所采取的過濾方法是側(cè)進側(cè)出的方法，也可以采取側(cè)進底出的方法，通過管道中的壓力將過濾液體介質(zhì)壓入或抽入袋式過濾器桶體，要過濾的液體介質(zhì)經(jīng)由電拋光沖孔支持濾藍承托的過濾袋的過濾，發(fā)生變化的固液分別到達液體介質(zhì)被過濾的結(jié)果。

袋式過濾器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是由四套搖錘式環(huán)首螺栓將頂蓋和濾筒密封鎖緊，使過濾器更能承受極高的過濾壓力和水錘式的壓力沖擊。袋式過濾器由濾筒，過濾網(wǎng)籃，過濾袋三部分組成，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊簡單；要過濾的液體經(jīng)過濾器的進口進入，流進過濾袋，經(jīng)過濾袋的攔截后，由過濾器的出口流出。袋式過濾器的進出口設(shè)計一般采用側(cè)進底出方式，方便清洗。

袋式過濾器操作簡單，使用時只需將所需要細度等級的濾袋安裝在濾筒內(nèi)，檢查O型密封圈是否完好，然后旋緊濾筒蓋環(huán)形螺栓，即可投入工作。泵啟動后，過濾機上壓力表微微上升，初始壓力約0.05MPa左右，隨著使用時間的延長，缸內(nèi)濾渣逐漸增多，當壓力達到0.4MPa時，應(yīng)停機打開筒蓋，檢查濾機袋留渣情況，可更換濾袋繼續(xù)使用（濾袋通過清洗一般可重復(fù)使用）。過濾機壓力一般調(diào)在0.1-0.3MPa比較合適，可通過回流管路或泵上回流閥來調(diào)節(jié)，過濾壓力過高會損壞濾袋以及保護網(wǎng)，需格外注意。主要用途油漆、啤酒、植物油、醫(yī)藥、化學藥品、石油產(chǎn)品、紡織化學品、感光化學品、電鍍液、牛奶、礦泉水、熱溶劑、乳膠、工業(yè)用水、糖水、樹脂、油墨、工業(yè)廢水、果汁、食用油、臘類等。中國產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈眾多，行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)集中度低、高端產(chǎn)品相配套的研發(fā)能力低、袋式過濾器行業(yè)制造技術(shù)水平低等現(xiàn)象仍然存在，進出口貿(mào)易逆差不斷擴大，這種高速震蕩帶來的直接后果是導(dǎo)致品牌陣營中兩極分化的趨勢擴大。

一、日常使用

工作中的過濾系統(tǒng)需經(jīng)常檢查進出口的壓力差，當壓力差達到0.05-0.1Mpa時，應(yīng)及時更換濾袋，以免壓差過大使濾袋破裂和支撐網(wǎng)損壞。

二、正確打開過濾后的濾機上蓋

警告：不要在袋式過濾機內(nèi)有壓力的情況下開蓋，否則剩留液體可能噴出，并造成液體流失和人員傷害。

因此請嚴格按以下順序操作：

1）閉輸入閥；出口處有壓力時，關(guān)閉輸出閥。

2）確認排氣閥所接管道已被接到安全處或吸料口后（在過濾有毒有腐蝕液體時尤須注意），再打開排氣閥，防止液體對工作人員及周圍環(huán)境造成傷害和污染。

3）檢查壓力表，確定內(nèi)部壓力為0，此時袋式過濾機應(yīng)已與管道系統(tǒng)分開。

4）有排泄閥的，確認排泄液接到回收處，打開排泄閥；待袋式過濾機中的剩留液體經(jīng)排泄閥流盡，關(guān)閉排泄閥。此排放工作可配合加壓方式完成（請參考加壓排放過程）。

5）擰開上蓋吊帽，提起上蓋，多袋濾機需轉(zhuǎn)過一定角度。

三、更換濾袋

1）高效過濾袋是以精細的纖維所制成，這些材料的親水性都較弱。纖維的表面不會被水弄濕，所以如其它使用同樣材料的濾芯一樣，在使用前，都要用另一些表面張力較低的液體將它濕潤。安裝前，您一定要將濾袋浸入與過濾液體匹配的預(yù)濕液中幾分鐘。

2）確打開袋式過濾機上蓋。

3）將上蓋放穩(wěn)，將濾袋小心取出。

4）放入新的濾袋，請參考安裝過程。

四、監(jiān)控過濾質(zhì)量

在液體輸入壓力穩(wěn)定的情況下，過濾質(zhì)量與濾袋內(nèi)的壓力差密切相關(guān)，如果壓差太大，說明濾袋的過濾孔徑已堵塞，過濾速度下降。因此，我們建議當袋過濾機開始工作后，應(yīng)定期檢查壓差，通過前后壓力表所顯示的壓差來決定更換濾袋的時間，一般濾袋能承受壓力為0.5-1Kg/cm2（0.05-0.1Mpa）左右，當壓差達到這一區(qū)間時，應(yīng)及時更換濾袋以避免濾袋破裂，影響過濾效果。

如果壓差突然下降，應(yīng)立即停止過濾，并檢查是否發(fā)生泄漏。

五、加壓排放剩液

在過濾高粘度液體時，可以由排氣閥通入壓縮空氣，加速剩液排放，縮短等待時間。其裝置如圖所示。請注意：用作加壓排放的空氣一定要穩(wěn)定，壓力不要超過過濾機工作壓力。

操作步驟如下：

1）關(guān)閉輸入閥門。

2）打開進氣閥。

3）氣體引入袋式過濾機，加壓排盡剩液。

4）檢查出口壓力表，確認表壓與壓縮空氣壓力相等；確認出口無液體流出。

5）關(guān)閉進氣閥。

6）慢慢打開排氣閥；排氣閥的出口有殘液噴出，必須將其引到安全處或濾機吸料口。

7）壓縮空氣排盡后，關(guān)閉排氣閥。此時濾機內(nèi)部應(yīng)無壓力，可以開蓋。

六、清洗袋式過濾機

上海潤和袋式過濾機如繼續(xù)過濾同一種液體，則無須清洗。但如果過濾其它種類的液體，則需清洗機器后方可使用。

七、Ο型密封圈的保養(yǎng)及更換

保養(yǎng)：使用時Ο型密封圈要對準Ο型槽放入，避免不當?shù)臄D壓致使Ο型密封圈變形；不過濾時，Ο型密封圈必須取出擦拭干凈，否則殘液凝固后附著在其表面，導(dǎo)致硬化，密封性變差。

更換：若Ο型密封圈已老化或破損，請及時更換。更換時應(yīng)選擇相同型號的Ο型密封圈。

特別聲明：

1、正常使用情況下，過濾機及支撐網(wǎng)質(zhì)保一年，如由于使用不當造成損壞的不在質(zhì)保范圍。

2、標準袋式過濾機最大設(shè)計壓力為1.0Mpa，推薦最大工作壓力為0.5Mpa特殊規(guī)格除外。

3、袋式夾套過濾機夾套內(nèi)最大設(shè)計壓力為1.0Mpa，最大推其薦工作壓力為0.6Mpa。

1、 將袋式過濾機放置在需過濾的工位上，連接進出口法蘭或管牙后，加以固定；悶堵排氣口，或配置排氣閥。夾套型連接保溫熱源。

2、 將金屬內(nèi)網(wǎng)輕輕放入袋式過濾機中，使內(nèi)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)口與袋式過濾機口吻合。

3、 放置濾袋，使濾袋環(huán)口和金屬內(nèi)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)口吻合。

4、 將Ο型密封圈放入Ο型槽，Ο型密封圈不能扭曲或變形，多袋濾機扣上濾袋壓環(huán)。

5、 一手握住上蓋把手，一手抓住上蓋的另一端（多袋濾機轉(zhuǎn)動頂端手輪）

6、 上蓋對準后，同時擰緊對角的兩個吊帽，將所有吊帽一一擰緊（用短棍插入吊環(huán)內(nèi)絞緊）。

7、 關(guān)閉安裝在袋式過濾機頂部的排氣閥。

8、 請檢查各連接管子道是否牢固；工作壓力是否在允許范圍內(nèi)。

9、 打開輸出閥門。打開熱源進入閥，是濾機溫度升到指定溫度。

10、漫漫地打開輸入閥門，讓液體緩緩流入并充滿濾機，防止液體突然沖擊濾袋，造成破裂，然后觀察有無泄漏。若未出現(xiàn)泄漏，即可開始過濾。
