火炬蓄電池在使用時，是由同一型號的電池按照規(guī)定數量和一定的方式連接成電池組來使用的。
單體電池組合成電池組時的連接，有螺栓連接和焊接連接兩種形式，其中螺栓連接可分為內
螺紋連接和外螺紋連接，焊接連接可分為軟線焊接和鉛連條焊接（又稱硬連接）。
誘發(fā)電動觀光車蓄電池單格落后。
(1) 電動觀光車蓄電池自放電的個體差異引起單格落后。
(2) 電動觀光車蓄電池的排氣壓力存在單格差異，引起蓄電池單格落后。

電動觀光車蓄電池單格落后的防止方法：
(1)如果有條件，可單獨給每一組 電動觀光車蓄電池單獨充電，也就是采用并聯(lián)充電的方法進行充電。
(2)采用小電流恒流充電，好是采用0.03C~0.05C電流進行充電，在這樣小電流長時間的充電過程中，達到高電壓的電動觀光車蓄電池充入電量不多，充電電壓低的會逐步提升，隨后會慢慢接近平衡。
3-DG-180（3-EV-160）
火炬蓄電池3-DG-180（3-EV-160）是電動車專用蓄電池，6V180AH適用各種電動觀光車、高爾夫球車、電瓶叉車、洗地車、電動環(huán)衛(wèi)車、游覽車等動力蓄電池。具備600次深循環(huán)能力，可持續(xù)工作5小時以上，壽命長，爬坡能力強。 電動觀光車蓄電池在出廠時均經過了嚴格的組配，但眾多的原因還是會導致串聯(lián)蓄電池組的單格差異。要保持電動觀光車蓄電池通氣孔通暢，避免堵塞。因為電動觀光車蓄電池在充放電過程中會產生氫氣和氧氣，特別是在電動觀光車蓄電池過充電狀態(tài)下，水被電解而產生大量的氫氣和氧氣，這些氣體通過通氣孔排出。電動觀光車蓄電池加液孔蓋上的通氣孔就是用來散發(fā)這些氣體的。如果通氣孔堵塞，這些氣體就會在電動觀光車蓄電池內積聚，造成電動觀光車蓄電池內部壓力急劇升高，嚴重時還會導致電動觀光車蓄電池爆炸

Torch batteries are used by connecting the same type of batteries into batteries in a specified number and manner.
There are bolt connection and welding connection when single battery is assembled into battery pack. The bolt connection can be divided into two parts.
