鋰輝石粉簡(jiǎn)介 鋰輝石是主要含鋰礦物，又稱2型鋰輝石。單斜晶系，晶體常呈柱狀、粒狀或板狀。顏色呈灰白、灰綠、翠綠、紫色或黃色等。玻璃光澤，條痕無色。硬度6.5～7，密度3.03～3.22g/cm3 。鋰輝石按用途、化學(xué)成分和冶煉工藝要求分為三類：化工鋰輝石、陶瓷鋰輝石、低鐵鋰輝石。鋰輝石主要產(chǎn)于富鋰花崗偉晶巖中，共生礦物有石英、鈉長(zhǎng)石、微斜長(zhǎng)石等。晶體在加熱或被紫外線照射時(shí)會(huì)改變顏色，在陽光作用下也會(huì)失去光澤。焙燒至1000℃左右時(shí)迅速轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棣滦弯囕x石，并具熱裂性質(zhì)。 Spodumene profile Spodumene is one of the main lithium mineral, also called type 2 spodumene.The monoclinic system, often a columnar crystals, granular or plate.Color is gray, gray green, green, purple or yellow, etc.Colorless glass luster, stripe.6.5 ~ 7 hardness, density of 3.03 ~ 3.22 g/cm3.Spodumene in accordance with the requirements of use, chemical composition and smelting process is divided into three categories: chemical spodumene, ceramic spodumene, low iron spodumene.Spodumene is mainly produced in granite pegmatite, rich lithium mineral association are quartz, albite, microcline, etc.Crystal in the heating or change color when they are ultraviolet irradiation, under the sun will lose its luster.Roasting a rapid transition to about 1000 ℃ to beta spodumene, and thermal properties. 鋰輝石粉理化指標(biāo) 項(xiàng)目 Al2O3/% SiO2/% Fe2O3/% K2O /% CaO MgO Li2O 指標(biāo) 18-20 71-76 <0. 1 1-2 <0.6 0.2-0.4 1.5-2 鋰輝石粉用途 1、陶瓷行業(yè)：在陶瓷坯體中加入鋰輝石，可提高陶瓷制品的強(qiáng)度、密度、耐酸性及耐熱急變性能，可降低產(chǎn)品吸水率和線收縮率。 2、玻璃行業(yè)：在玻璃配料中加入鋰輝石，可降低熔化溫度和熔體粘度，促進(jìn)澄清均化，有利于產(chǎn)品成型和提高產(chǎn)量，簡(jiǎn)化生產(chǎn)流程、降低能耗、延長(zhǎng)爐齡、改善操作條件以及減少污染實(shí)現(xiàn)玻璃配方改革的有效途徑。 3、耐火材料行業(yè)：在耐火材料中加入鋰輝石后，有如下主要作用： (1)鋰輝石粉具有極強(qiáng)的助熔性，能降低制品的燒結(jié)溫度，因而是耐火材料行業(yè)首選燒結(jié)礦化劑； (2)鋰輝石粉具有極低的熱膨脹系數(shù)，因此能提高產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、熱震穩(wěn)定性和體積穩(wěn)定性，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命； (3)、鋰輝石粉可增強(qiáng)耐火材料的高溫耐蝕性。 Spodumene used : 1, the ceramic industry to join spodumene in ceramic body, can improve the strength of the ceramics, density, resistance to acid and heat-resistant zag performance, can decrease the water absorption and product line shrinkage rate. 2, glass industry: add spodumene in glass industry, can reduce melting temperature and viscosity of the melt, promote clarify homogenization, is beneficial to product molding and increase production, simplify the production process, reduce energy consumption, prolong furnace life, improve the operating conditions and the effective ways to reduce pollution to realize glass formula reform. 3, refractory industry: after joining spodumene in refractory material, has the following main functions: (1) spodumene have extremely strong help fusibility, can reduce the sintering temperature of the products, thus sintering mineralizer refractory industry preferred; (2) spodumene has very low thermal expansion coefficient, thus can improve the product's mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance and volume stability, prolong the service life.
