尖晶石簡介：
尖晶石是自然界中少有的一種礦物質，必須靠人工合成才能制的。工業上應用的鋁鎂尖晶石全部都是人工合成的。合成鋁鎂尖晶石的兩個主要方法是燒結法和電熔法。多數尖晶石材料是由高純合成氧化鋁和化學級氧化鎂制成，即在豎窯燒結和在電弧爐內電熔。鋁鎂尖晶石屬于一種鋁鎂氧化物，其主要成分為氧化鋁和氧化鎂。鋁鎂尖晶石有天然形成和人工合成兩種，其化學式為MgAL2O4或者MgoAL2O3。尖晶石理論含量為：MgO=28.3%M,AL2O3=71.7%。
Brief introduction of spinel:

燒結鋁鎂尖晶石是采用AL2O3≥76%以上的優質鋁礬土與MgO≥95%活性氧化鎂，經過多級均化工藝，在超高溫隧道窯中經1800℃以上高溫燒結而成。該工藝是一個連續的陶瓷化過程，控制窯中給料速度和均衡的溫度分布，產生非常均勻的晶體尺寸為30-80μm及低氣孔率（3%）的產品。
