電池更換
當(dāng)PLC的用戶程序要保留在RAM中時(shí)，就會(huì)用到電池，電池通常是3V或3.6V的不可充電的鋰電池，電池的使用壽命通常是五年左右，電池用久了，電壓就會(huì)下降，當(dāng)其下降到不足以保證RAM中數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)，RAM中的程序就會(huì)丟失。如果用戶沒有備份程序，就會(huì)相當(dāng)麻煩。
一般PLC內(nèi)部設(shè)有電池電壓檢測(cè)電路，當(dāng)電壓下降到一定程度時(shí)，PLC就會(huì)報(bào)警，提醒更換電池。PLC的使用說(shuō)明書都有提供更換電池的方法。一般來(lái) 說(shuō)，PLC在斷電后，因?yàn)镻LC上RAM電源端接有充電電容，即使把電池去掉，電容上充電電量也足夠RAM內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)保持一段時(shí)間，所以如果取掉電池后在短 時(shí)間內(nèi)（通常5分鐘）再將新電池?fù)Q上去，數(shù)據(jù)是不會(huì)丟失的。
但用戶實(shí)際使用PLC的環(huán)境情況不盡相同，例如電容的容量下降，RAM電源回路有 灰塵、油泥等形成放電回路等，這會(huì)加快PLC斷電后電容的放電速度，從而使時(shí)間不好把握。如果在帶電的情況下更換電池就可保程序萬(wàn)無(wú)一失。因?yàn)殡娫词冀K會(huì) 有電壓加在RAM芯片的電源腳。當(dāng)然更換時(shí)亦要小心應(yīng)對(duì)，注意電池的極性以及避免短路情況發(fā)生。
是把PLC通電15分鐘（給內(nèi)部電容充電），斷電，在5分鐘內(nèi)換好新的電池，再上電試一下。
西門子PLC有帶卡的，有不帶電池的；也有帶卡的，帶電池的。程序存在MMC卡中，如果沒有存儲(chǔ)卡，需要電池保存程序的，更換電池時(shí)候務(wù)必注意，帶電的情況下，將舊電池取出來(lái)，然后將新電池?fù)Q上即可。

一、輔助電源功率較小，只能帶動(dòng)小功率的設(shè)備(光電傳感器等);
二、 一般PLC均有一定數(shù)量的占有點(diǎn)數(shù)(即空地址接線端子)，不要將線接上;
三、 PLC存在I/O響應(yīng)延遲問題，尤其在快速響應(yīng)設(shè)備中應(yīng)加以注意。
四、輸出有繼電器型，晶體管型(高速輸出時(shí)宜選用)，輸出可直接帶輕負(fù)載(LED指示燈等);
五、輸入/斷開的時(shí)間要大于PLC掃描時(shí)間;
六、PLC輸出電路中沒有保護(hù)，因此應(yīng)在外部電路中串聯(lián)使用熔斷器等保護(hù)裝置，防止負(fù)載短路造成損壞PLC;
七、 不要將交流電源線接到輸入端子上，以免燒壞PLC;
八、接地端子應(yīng)獨(dú)立接地，不與其它設(shè)備接地端串聯(lián)，接地線裁面不小于2mm2;
九、 輸入、輸出信號(hào)線盡量分開走線，不要與動(dòng)力線在同一管路內(nèi)或捆扎在一起，以免出現(xiàn)干擾信號(hào)，產(chǎn)生誤動(dòng)作;信號(hào)傳輸線采用屏蔽線，并且將屏蔽線接地;為保證 信號(hào)可靠，輸入、輸出線一般控制在20米以內(nèi);擴(kuò)展電纜易受噪聲電干擾，應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離動(dòng)力線、高壓設(shè)備等。
